Made of stainless steel (440) and with a robust non-slip surface, equipped with a blade specially designed for cutting cheese, both hard and soft cheese, as well as a serrated blade for cutting bread, for example, the blade lock can be opened particularly easily by pressing the Swiss cross, dishwasher-safe (up to 80°C)
